Grape varieties : Cinsault, Syrah, Grenache, Carignan

Wine making process : Pressed rosé, skin maceration (3 hours). From 13°C to 15°C.

Tasting notes : Nice vivid colour, nose mixing red fruits and notes of English candy that you also find in the palate, a good balance in this wine. Freshness, pleasure, but also impertinence and refusal of agreements

Pairing : Salads, sushis, white meats
