SOIL : Clay and Sandstone

YIELD : 25 hl per hectare

WINE MAKING : Skin maceration for 3 to 4 hours and pressing. Alcoholic fermentation at 13°C. breeding 12 months, 50% in our underground rock carved tanks and 50% in oak barrels.

TASTING NOTES : Pretty gold colour. The nose is elegant and complex with vanilla aromas, lily flower and toasted brioche. A beautiful mouth attack, a perfect balance that reveals white fruits such as pear and apple. Good freshness but also a velvety smoothness

TASTING ADVICE :shellfish, blue cheese, beaufort, truffle risotto, poultry and fish with creamy sauce…

Wine temperature: 8° to 10°C
