YIELD : 40 hl per hectare

WINE MAKING : Mechanical night harvesting | 3 to 4 hours skin contact, then pressing | Fermentation at 15 to 17°C | Ageing in the underground cellar carved in the rock.

TASTING NOTES : Crystal clear and brilliant golden colour with silver reflections. Intense and delicious nose marked by white flowers, exotic fruit and jasmine; second nose more fruity on the tangerine peel smooth and full mouth with matter but a good acidity brought by tastes of citrus fruits and particularly a kumquat dominant. Delicate brioche finish.

TASTING ADVICE : As an aperitif, with red mullet fillets, shallot sauce; with goat cheese. Desserts : French toast, almond pies.

Wine temperature: 8° to 10°C
