WINE MAKING :Skin contact for 6 hours and then pressing. Fermentation between 15 and 17°C.
TASTING NOTES : Pink copper-coloured with shades of gold. Elegant flavors of violet, jasmine, rose petals, but also notes of mature peache, lychee and manguo. A gourmet nose with a palate of rose, then a taste of blood orange. A smooth wine with a nice longuer in mouth.
TASTING ADVICE : Provençal style sea bream, duck breast with cherry compote, grape-stuffed-quail
Wine temperature: 8° to 10°C.
